Relay Manual To remain the original performance of the relay, please protect it from impact or dropping. Under normal use of the relay, please don't remove the cover, so that the performance of the relay will not be affected. Don't use the relay in environment with silicon gas, vulcanizing gas, or organic gas, otherwise the contacting points will malfunction. If the relay must be used in such harmful environment, please used airproof types of relay. Please confirm the coil voltage, switching power and environmental temperatures of the relay to be used. When polarized relay is used, please pay attention to the polarity of the coil (+, -). The coil must be connected to rated voltage. Square wave voltage for DC types of relay coils and sine wave voltage for AC types of relay coils. The rated switching power and longevity are for reference only. The longevity of the switch will be affected by the driving circle of the coils, types of the loads, frequency of switching, phase of switching, and working environment. Please confirm the type of load and the action condition before using the relay. When using the relay practically, please assure that the copper foil on the printed circuit board has enough current conducting area. Please make sure that the coil of the relay is not fixed for long period to maximum allowed voltage. Never try to use the relay under switching voltage and current exceeding designed values. Don't use the relay in an environment with temperature higher than the regulated value of this type of relay. If necessary, airproof type of relay may be washed in short time. If relay with plastic cover is washed in hot water, water will enter into the relay and cause defects. If washing is necessary, please contact our factory to discuss necessary limits and conditions. Please don't use ultra-sonic washing to all types of relays.
